Included in the standard taxi fares
You can rely on us for a fair schedule of prices
according to set rates and for the following services, which are included in
the standard taxi fares:
Luggage transport
Suitcases, trolleys,
backpacks, shopping bags — we transport all ordinary types of luggage without
charging an additional fee. Our drivers are happy to help you load your luggage
into the taxi and to carry your luggage to the front door of your building. For
a small extra fee we can also carry your luggage to the door of your apartment.
Foreign languages
Whether it's
English, French, Spanish or Turkish — many of our drivers speak at least one
foreign language. If you ask for a specific language when you order your taxi,
we'll be happy to send you a taxi with a driver who speaks your language.
Children's seats
In taxis as well
as private vehicles, children up to 12 years of age or up to a height of 1.5
meters are required to use a special children's seat or a booster seat to
guarantee their safety. Many of our taxis are equipped with children's seats.
You'll be on the safe side if you mention the age and height of your child when
you order your taxi.
